You accept all risks associated with engaging with other Users. Any disputes or disagreements with another User must be handled directly between the parties. By agreeing to these Terms, you release Nest Prime Hire, its affiliates, employees, directors, and agents from any claims or damages direct, indirect, consequential, known, or unknown to the fullest extent allowed by law.
